RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES POLICY

General Terms

  • Your may return your purchase within 30-days, no questions asked.
  • We will refund the entire cost of the item(s).
  • We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
  • Your return payment will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned via the payment method you paid with.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. See below.


How to Process Your Return

Contact our Customer Service Team to process a return. They will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and facilitate you through the process.

Return Shipping

Typically, shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

If the product has manufacturing defects, we will gladly replace the item and cover all shipping costs. 

  • If the product you received was damaged during shipping please do not discard the product or packaging.
  • All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and insured.
